The journey begins with you, the client working with an architect(we can provide referrals if you do not have your own) to design your dream home by creating house plans. Once the house plans are finalized and stamped by the architect, we work with our expert sub-contractors to bring your dream to life. You are involved in every step of the way, from obtaining the necessary permits, step by step instructions on what needs to happen to ensure a safe removal of the old structure, keeping you in the loop as a new foundation hole is dug and the building process begins. The building process entails the rough: a foundation, framing, roofing, drywall & plaster, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, exterior siding/stone veneer, driveway, hardscape & landscaping prep. Then comes the finish work which includes hardwood flooring, kitchen installation, bathroom installation and tile work, custom carpentry/finish work, and expert interior painting. Every step of the way you are involved from selecting exterior siding/material, windows, exterior/interior doors, light fixtures, paint colors, cabinets, countertops and more.
